I know what it's like to feel stuck.

After years of prioritizing everyone else, my health suffered. I gained weight, experienced joint pain, and lost confidence. I felt sluggish, exhausted, and stuck in a life that felt smaller than I wanted it to be.


Then I made a decision and took action.


I discovered yoga and breathwork to manage stress. But it was strength training that truly changed everything. As I got physically stronger - eventually deadlifting double my bodyweight and competing in fitness competitions - something unexpected happened.


The strength I built in the gym started showing up everywhere else. I hiked challenging terrain I never thought I could manage. I launched my first retreat. I took risks I'd been too scared to take before.


Each time I proved to myself I could do something physically hard, my beliefs about what else I was capable of expanded.


That newfound confidence led me to step into bigger professional challenges and live more boldly in every area of my life.


Today, I help women in midlife experience the same transformation: use strength training as the foundation for building not just a stronger body, but a bigger, bolder life.

Phase 1: Foundations (3 Months)
Learn proper strength training technique in my private studio. Build sustainable habits. Work toward your first meaningful goal. This is where you prove to yourself you can do hard things.


Phase 2: Levelling Up (3 Months)
Take your training to the next level. Work toward bigger physical challenges. Build independence and capacity.


Phase 3: Bigger Life (Ongoing)
Watch your physical strength translate into confidence in other areas - career, relationships, adventures, and possibilities you never imagined.

Meet Emma-Kate

I'm a psychologist-turned health coach, personal trainer, and yoga teacher who believes women in midlife deserve to feel strong, confident, and alive.

​

After experiencing burnout and feeling stuck in my own life, I discovered that physical challenges could transform not just my body, but my entire sense of what was possible for me.

​

Now I combine my qualifications in psychology, personal training, yoga, and health coaching to help women use strength training as a gateway to living bigger, bolder lives.
