Why I believe we all struggle with lifestyle changes...
Even though there's more health information available than ever before, everyday we make choices that aren't aligned with what we say we really want - to live a healthier life.

Let's be honest, we've all stayed up way too late bingeing on Netflix, consoled ourselves with food, or struggled to get up on a winter's morning to get a workout in...I get it. I've been there too.
It's not that we don't know what we need to do but we let our thoughts, feelings, and our environment, dictate how we act 'in the moment', rather than making choices based on what we truly value - our health and wellbeing.
But, I believe you don't need to allow your thoughts and feelings, or your environment, control the choices you make.
You can learn new ways to relate to your thoughts and feelings - ways that empower you to make the kinds of healthy choices that align with your values and allow you to be the person you want to be. You can change your environment to optimise your chances of success.
